What is it? What does it mean to the business? How do we do it?

Transformational change is so called because it is mutidimensional.  It is multidisciplinary and impacts the business model, the culture, and crucially the critical means of delivery (usually IT). It is never easy but we have an enviable track record of successfully implementing rapid change across across a wide range challenging business and cultural situations including industry structure changes brought about by technical innovation, outsourcing, privatisation, trade sales, mergers and acquisitions, upsizing and downsizing, during an economic downturn and whilst there are economic ar market uncertainties.  We can help you to manage change by assisting you with any or all of the following:

  • Business Process Engineering: Defining the detail of who, what, when, where and how (the business process execution options, execution time environment and controls) to support the new business model.
  • Business Change Management / Programme Management: Planning and managing all aspects of the transition including perhaps: governance, organisational structure, people, internal cross-functional change, sales channel partners, supply chain, financials, the supporting technology, and the performance measures. 
  • IT Management: Introducing and delivering the essential changes as dictated by the necessary realignment of IT.
