ITDYNAMICS™ - revitalising software and services organisations |
Want to further improve the delivery of IT and satisfaction ratings?
Today many software and services organisations are finding that whilst conventional measures of performance suggest they are performing well, the feedback from the business customer can be less flattering. As experts at processes based on IT best practice such as PRINCE2 and ITIL we know that they can be extremely beneficial but we also know that on their own they neither guarantee project success nor service excellence. ITDYNAMICS™ assesses the performance of an IT services organisation from multiple perspectives. We develop and deliver performance improvement programmes covering every key aspect of service in a way that is designed to improve the total business experience. Some of our improvement programmes address the whole operation, are aimed at improving the quality and performance of all services, and are comprised of multiple workstreams. This is also the case where the approach is used during mergers and acquisitions and to scale up and to downsize organisations. Other assignments are focused on a particular aspect of service, the creation of an IT strategy and business plan, the introduction of new services, the delivery (or the recovery) of a specific change programme, change arising through acquistion, merger, or relocation, or perhaps structural change. David Miller, in conjunction with your existing management team, can provide the business and management consultancy and change management expertise to manage the whole transition including the assessment, the development and approval of the necessary changes and key performance measures, and the change management itself. |

“I would like to record my thanks and that of Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland for a job well done. The role of change manager to an organisation with 100 years of history was a formidable challenge. You undertook the contract in a professional manner and demonstrated tact and diplomacy in what was a hostile environment. The staff responded to you well and to win the confidence of all the employees was remarkable. Our association is now in a far better state to meet the challenges ahead and for that I thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your expertise to any organisation.”Allan O. Jagger, President 2007-08, Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland. |
