How do we deliver the improvements to solutions and services?

- Planning for Change: Developing the detailed plans for all aspects of the work including those that will have an impact externally to the department or core business. Ensure that this has been communicated to all parties and that they know what they have to do to support the programme. Ensure that pre-transition performance metrics are available and agreed.
