We understand the current IT delivery model and its inadequacies, the reasons for the high rate of project failure, and how this can be improved today and in the context of IT futures (i.e. post "consumerisation, commoditisation, and convergence"). We work flexibly on either a full time or part time basis apart from or as part of your management team in either a consultancy/advisory/interim role.
