David Miller is the owner and managing director at ITDYNAMICS™. He has held two previous director roles, at British Rail (winning an industry award for strategic marketing for his preparation of IT for a trade sale at the time of rail privatisation) and at CSC Computer Sciences Corporation, and is a senior figure within business and IT. As MD of ITDYNAMICS™ he now works with organisations as a board level consultant or interim manager to plan and manage business change. David Miller is also a leading authority on service management, and future industry and business models.
