David Miller is the principal at ITDYNAMICS™. He is a world class consultant , change manager, and leading authority on service management. He has held interim management roles as CEO, CIO, and COO and is particularly skilful at managing complex stakeholder relationships, achieving business improvement, and bringing improvement to change programmes, projects, and the critical delivery mechanisms of modern business i.e. IT solutions and services. He has worked in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.

ITDYNAMICS™ is the home of "Business-Focused IT" .  David Miller is the author of two books under this title (September 2005 ISBN 0-9551296-0-5, and May 2008 ISBN 978-1-902505-88-6) and he also provides his services as an interim manager via a small number of the major agencies in the UK.
